At Little Legends Books, we work hard to ensure your personalised books reach you promptly and in perfect condition. Below are details about our delivery options and timelines.
1. Digital Products
Format: PDF, MOBI, and EPUB files
Delivery Time: Your personalised digital book will be delivered to the email address provided within 4 days of completing the questionnaire.
How to Access: Once your book is ready, you will receive a download link via email. Please check your inbox and spam/junk folders for this email.
2. Printed Books (UK Only)
Format: A5, 50 pages, hardcover linen wrap, premium black & white interior, with glossy cover.
Delivery Time: Printed books are delivered within 2 weeks of submitting your completed questionnaire.
Shipping Area: Currently, we only offer shipping within the UK. We are working on making international shipping available soon.
Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. We offer standard and expedited shipping options for UK customers.
3. Delivery Delays
While we aim to meet our estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (postal service disruptions, extreme weather, etc.). 4. Tracking Your Order
For printed books, a tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched. You will receive this information via email to track the status of your delivery.
