At Little Legends Books, we take pride in the care and attention we give to creating unique, personalised stories for every child. Due to the customised nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once the order has been placed.
1. No Returns or Cancellations
Because each book is personalised specifically for your child based on the information you provide, we cannot accept returns or allow cancellations after the order has been processed. Please ensure that all details you provide during the questionnaire process are accurate and complete.
2. Defective or Damaged Products
We understand how important it is for your book to arrive in perfect condition. If your printed book arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it free of charge. Please follow these steps to report an issue:
Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Attach clear photos showing the damage or defect.
Once we receive your report, we will assess the situation and either issue a replacement or provide further instructions.
3. Digital Products
Digital products (PDF, MOBI, EPUB) are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered, as they are instantly accessible and cannot be revoked. Please make sure that the file format you select is compatible with your devices before placing your order.
